Why Michaelle: As a Program Manager and Career Strategist, Michaelle brings extensive experience in career development, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training employees. Inspired by early struggles she faced when starting her career, she is dedicated to helping others overcome similar challenges.
Her Story
With over a decade of work experience, Michaelle’s career journey is a testament to perseverance, growth, and success. She began working in fast-food restaurants while pursuing her education and secured a role at a major hospital in Boston during her sophomore year. Despite these achievements, Michaelle faced significant challenges in advancing her career due to a lack of guidance and knowledge, often finding herself in entry-level positions with limited opportunities for progression.
Undeterred, Michaelle embarked on a transformative journey of self-discovery. She mastered essential skills in personal branding, marketing, opportunity identification, and strategic job market navigation. Her dedication and perseverance paid off, resulting in a $30,000 salary increase within just five months. Along the way, she built an impressive portfolio and gained substantial experience in public health and research.
